Privacy Policy
(Personal Information Protection Policy)

N&I Systems Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) recognizes that the appropriate protection of personal information pertaining to our customers and all other parties associated with the Company is essential to the conduct of our business, and we consider this to be our social responsibility and obligation.
Accordingly, we have established the following Personal Information Protection Policy, which we will thoroughly communicate to all employees. We will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other relevant laws and regulations, and ensure strict adherence to this policy.

1. Collection of Personal Information

We collect personal information regarding all individuals who conduct business with our company—including employees, temporary staff, and partners (hereinafter referred to as “all members”)—as well as personal information regarding customers and all other personal information obtained in connection with our business operations, through appropriate and fair means.

2. Use of Personal Information

  1. We will use personal information only to the extent necessary for the performance of our business operations and solely within the scope of the purposes of use specified at the time of collection.
  2. When we share personal information with third parties or entrust the handling of personal information to third parties, we will conduct a thorough investigation of such third parties and exercise the necessary and appropriate supervision to ensure the secure management of personal information.
  3. When we share personal information with our partner companies, we will clearly specify the categories of personal information to be shared, the scope of the parties involved in the sharing, the purposes for which the information will be used, and the name of the party responsible for managing such personal information.

3. Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties

Except as required by law, we will not disclose personal information to third parties without first obtaining the individual’s consent.

4. Management of Personal Information

  1. We will ensure the accuracy of personal information and manage it securely.
  2. To prevent the alteration, loss, or leakage of personal information, we implement appropriate information security measures against unauthorized access, computer viruses, and other threats.
  3. We will implement measures to prevent the leakage of personal information, such as through its removal from the premises or transmission to external parties.

5. Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, and Deletion of Personal Information

We acknowledge that individuals have the right to request the disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of their personal information (hereinafter referred to as “disclosure, etc.”), and we will respond promptly to such requests (except in cases where separate procedures are stipulated in regulations or other relevant documents).

6. Organizational Structure for Personal Information Protection

  1. We have appointed a “Personal Information Manager” to serve as the person responsible for ensuring the secure management of personal data.
  2. We will appoint a “Personal Information Manager” to be responsible for the secure management of personal data in the course of our business operations.
  3. We provide training to all employees on the protection and proper management of personal information, and ensure that personal information is handled appropriately in our daily operations.

7. Development, Implementation, Maintenance, and Improvement of Regulations and Other Policies Regarding the Protection of Personal Information

To implement this basic policy, we have established “Personal Information Protection Management Regulations” as well as other necessary guidelines and operational manuals for the protection of personal information. We will ensure that all employees are fully informed of these policies, implement them thoroughly, maintain them, and continuously improve them.
