  1. The Company utilizes personal information strictly within the boundary of the specific purposes defined at the time of data collection, and solely to the extent necessary to execute our legitimate business operations.
  2. In the event that the Company shares personal data with third parties under joint-use frameworks, or entrusts the processing of personal data to third-party vendors, we execute a rigorous compliance investigation of said third parties. Furthermore, we maintain necessary and rigorous supervision to guarantee comprehensive data-security management.
  3. When personal data is shared under a joint-use framework with our partner enterprises, the Company will explicitly disclose the specific data categories involved, the precise scope of the joint users, the intended utilization purposes, and the formal identity or corporate title of the party legally responsible for managing the personal data.
